Average visits are 30-45 minutes face to face + 60 minutes pre and post visit case review plan building

We accept all patients ages 18 and up. We do focus on women’s health due to a deficiency in our healthcare system. There is a need to provide women with a comprehensive approach to wellness directed toward female physiology.

Telemedicine visits are available through online self scheduling.
Clinic visits are available by request. Please call/email us if you would like an in-person/clinic visit.

In addition to all of the services listed under telemedicine, clinic visits also include:
- Complete physicals
- Pre-operative exams
- Free with visit: In-house testing with rapid results during your visit:
- urinalysis, strep test, flu test, finger stick blood glucose
- In-house labs sent out for results (either with our very discounted lab prices or through your insurance):
- urine culture, wound culture, STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis), vaginal exam: wet prep (yeast, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis), pap smear
VITAMINS, MINERALS, PROBIOTICS,
HERBS, & SUPPLEMENTS
We have an agreement with Fullscript to help our patients get affordable prices for professional grade supplements. We offer the wholesale prices provided to clinicians directly to our patients for probiotics, vitamins, and other supplements.
The savings can easily be enough to pay for your entire DPC membership – giving you full time primary care for free.
We do not provide:
*We do not provide urgent or emergency care services. Any matter that needs attention within a 24-hour period should be seen in the Emergency Room or an urgent care facility. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.
We do not prescribe narcotic medications for chronic conditions or chronic pain.
We do not administer vaccines at our facility. We are able to provide you with a prescription for vaccinations, keep you up to date on your personal vaccine recommendations, and refer you to pharmacies or the health department where vaccinations are available through your insurance.
